REQUISITES FOR STR AND TWP VISA
The following documentation must be submitted in its original form, along
with four (4) copies for the process of a TWP Visa (Temporary Work)
• Original passport, along with 4 copies of the data page.
• 4 passport size pictures
• Payment (to get the information about account numbers, please get in
touch with the Embassy of ..Nigeria in Mexico)
• Mexican nationals MXN $2,200.00
• Foreigners MXN $2,400.00
• Flight itinerary or electronic flight tickets
• Invitation letter
• Telegram from Nigerian Telecommunications LTD.
• Job Acceptance Letter
• Identification Card (IFE, Driving License, FM3 or FM2 for foreigners)
For STR Visa (, include the following documents:)
• Copy of Quota approval
• Letter of Employment Offer to the expatriate
• Letter accepting the Offer of Employment
• Contract from the Company
• Certification Card of the Company
• IMM 22 Form (Visa application) and Application Form of the Embassyv
of Nigeria in Mexico.
• Studies documentation or training courses
Public opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00hrs to 14:00hrs The process for a Work Visa takes approximately two weeks .
Visa Fees
-$2,200.00 pesos for Mexican Citizens
-$2,400.00 pesos for other nationalities
-A certified check (with the visa fee as applicable to the visa applicant) made out to the Embajada de Nigeria en Mexico.
REQUIREMENTS FOR TOURIST AND BUSINESS VISAS
The following documentation must be submitted in its original form, along
with one (1) copy from each:
• Invitation letter to the country
• Original passport, along with one copy of the data page.
• 2 passport size pictures.
• Payment (to get the information about account numbers, please get in
touch with the Embassy of ..Nigeria in Mexico). Submit original invoice.
• Mexican nationals MXN$1,100.00.
• Foreigners MXN$1,200.00.
• Flight itinerary or electronic flight tickets.
• Vaccination certificates (optional). This can be acquired I any health
center. Vaccines: malaria, yellow fever.
• Identification Card (IFE, Driving License, FM3 or FM2 for foreigners).
• Application form for Visa.
Public opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00hrs to 14:00hrs
The process for a Visa takes approximately one week. It is recommended to
start the process two weeks before the flight to avoid any inconveniences .
